Terms and Conditions for Filipinay Matchmaker
Effective Date: March 13, 2025
By signing up for and using the Filipinay Matchmaker Services, you agree to comply with and be
bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before
proceeding with your registration and payment.
Our Filipina Matchmaker Services are designed to connect individuals who are seeking
genuine relationships with Filipina women. Once you register and make the payment, you are
entering into a binding agreement with the company.
Payment Policy
No Refunds After Payment
Once your payment is received, no refunds will be issued. This policy is strictly enforced to
ensure that our transactions remain secure and free of abuse. We prohibit individuals from
accessing information and then withdrawing from the process after committing to the service.
Once we start a consulting session over the phone or video calls or begin finding you a match,
we have full rights to not refund you.
Initial 3-5 Days Consideration Period
In compliance with British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act
(BPCPA), after your payment is processed, you will have a 3 to 5 banking days period to
reconsider your decision. During this period, you may opt to withdraw your participation and
request a refund of 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained as a
non-refundable service fee for administrative and processing costs.
Refund Request Process
If you decide to withdraw your participation, you must notify us in writing within the 3 to 5
banking days period. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for any refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
By making the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the
terms of this payment policy. You confirm that you are fully aware of the no-refund policy beyond
the 3-5 banking days consideration period.
Prohibited Actions
To ensure fairness and transparency in our services, the following are strictly prohibited:

● Fraudulent Intentions: Engaging in the service with the sole intention of obtaining
information without the intention of proceeding with a genuine relationship.
● Back-Out Requests After the Consideration Period: Refund or cancellation requests
made after the 3 to 5 banking days window will not be entertained.
● Misrepresentation: Providing false information about identity, intent, or status that
misleads the company or potential matches.
● Disrespectful or Unethical Behavior: You agree to respect and be kind to all matches
we introduce. If you disrespect, deceive, scam, or steal from our clients, we have full
rights to terminate your participation and drop you as a client without a refund.
Legal Compliance
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and falls under the
jurisdiction of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA) and other
relevant consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be
resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Amendments and Updates
The company reserves the right to amend, update, or terminate these terms and conditions at
any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use
our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
